Can you share the story behind Zeus Auto — how and why the company was founded, and which core values have guided its growth over the years?
Initially I would like to mention a couple of things about myself and how we came to the point of establishing the company.
I am a graduate Automotive Engineer and I spend years of studying at two different Universities in England so as you can imagine Cars and Motorcycles have always been my passion. The steps I took prior to establishing the company included amassing long-term experience as an After Sales Network auditor in Mercedes-Benz Hellas in Greece, before even coming to Belgrade. In general ZEUS AUTO Mercedes-Benz service was founded in 2011 and was a result of a continuous passion and desire of mine ever since I was a kid. You see at the time I was working for Mercedes-Benz Srbija i Crna Gora in Belgrade as the After Sales director, leading a team of 120 people and when the Germans (DAIMLER AG) sold the company to Swiss privateer Emil Fray, I found the perfect opportunity to realize my dream. Make my own workshop! So the reason really was a childhood dream coming true. The core values were always the same, Passion, Creation, Quality Perfection, & Performance. Following these values, growth & success came as natural since this is the way to advance and progress in any working environment.
How would you describe the full range of services Zeus Auto offers, and in what ways are these services tailored to meet customer needs, particularly those of Mercedes-Benz owners?

Looking back on your journey so far, which achievements or key milestones are you most proud of, and why?
There are quite enough, however some very important to mention are the following: Fist and most important one was the purchase of our new facilities in Bezanjiska kosa together with the transfer of the firm from Veliki Mokri Lug in 2020 during the Covid Pandemic. A very hard but decisive and saucerful venture. Another moment was when we have finished a CL600 V12 BiTurbo, on which we did an engine replacement. We found an almost new V12 engine from a S-Class and modified it to fit in the CL. The job was finished very successfully and the customer was very satisfied indeed. Another one to remember was the recent expansion of the firm by the purchase of a 600 sq. meters area on the rear side of the building. This gave us the opportunity to increase our capacity to a significant number of vehicles and increase our prestige at the same time.
Given the rapid technological advancements in the automotive industry—especially in complex vehicles such as Mercedes-Benz models—how does Zeus Auto integrate innovation into its diagnostic tools, repair processes, and customization services to stay ahead of the curve?
Technology advance, especially for this brand of vehicles is ruthless. Takes "no prisoners" and you have to stay ahead. We invest in new diagnostic equipment and special tools in order to provide the best possible service to our customers, additionally we introduce new working methods & procedures in our everyday work in order to achieve the best optimal result for high quality and quick repairs. Additionally, and even more importantly, the HUMAN FACTOR. We have the right specialized expert technicians to do the work the right way. They all have previous experience working on Mercedes-Benz vehicles and our customer contact personnel are experienced on handling customers in a friendly and professional way.

What is your vision and what are the strategic priorities for Zeus Auto over the next three to five years, whether in terms of expanding services, adopting new technologies, or entering new markets?
Our strategic priorities over the next years are to expand into deeper Electronic repairs by investing into new employee training & equipment since the future of the automotive industry heads towards that direction. Secondly, entering the used car sales market since we can use our precious experience to estimate the condition of a vehicle as well as to repair it in a perfect way so as to sell it to a demanding customer.
Another goal is to further increase our customers' trust by investing in customer communication and service follow up to ensure the KEY factor in this "game", our customers satisfaction. An additional field of expansion is our ZEUS AUTO Racing Team project. This already takes place in the field of Go-Kart Racing where my son Achilles K. Bogdanos is driving in the ROTAX Max Challenge Senior category with already great success! We plan for 2026 to get even better results and attract sponsors to cooperate & contribute in this effort since we are close on becoming the Serbian champions of the 2026 season!

You are a long-standing and active member of the HBA. What does the Hellenic Business Association represent for you, and are you satisfied with its work?
ZEUS AUTO Mercedes-Benz is a long active member of the HBA. HBA represents for us a good, trustful, honest, & long-lasting relationship. We share not only the common Hellenic roots but also a good cooperation proven in time. Let's keep it up!
