Since 2005, Balkan Cargo has connected Greece with Serbia, the wider Balkans and Eastern Europe by road. With its own teams in Belgrade and Thessaloniki, the company takes care of every shipment from pickup to delivery: one partner and one point of contact on both sides of the route.

Greece–Serbia is the core lane, with full trucks every day and groupage several times a week. Regular lines also serve Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, while new groupage lines from Greece now reach Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, North Macedonia, Albania, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland and the Baltic states.

Every year Balkan Cargo moves more than 7,000 groupage shipments and around 3,500 full truckloads, including temperature-controlled food (2–4°C) and pharmaceuticals (15–25°C), as well as dangerous goods (ADR). Customs clearance is handled in-house, all cargo is insured for its full value, and the company is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
